As a group, we have applied a SWOT analysis as a reflection of our experiences in the project.

- Motivated students with abroad work and academic experiences
- All members having one common module (International Human Resource Management)
Weaknesses
- Time constraint due to heavy academic obligations
- Members attending different modules
- Makes hard to find a common time for all

- within KU various faculties
- Internationally
- Consultancy
- Business background
- Seminars
- UNESCO schools
- Organisations in need of sponsorship for their projects (i.e. St Louis Primary School)
Threats
- End of the course
- Outside commitments diminished members availability
