Solutions
To resolve the issues relating to teaching, some suggestions were informally done:
- Lecturers must become more approachable inside and outside the classroom
Lecturers, tutors and other support staff could present themselves and explain in which ways they could help students to improve their experience in their module
- The learning environment should be more collective rather than individual
Lecturers could suggest more interaction between students outside their usual group of friends
More initiatives such as the PAL scheme should be introduced
Study/Revision groups should be encouraged
